Privacy Policy

This policy describes how g/d/n/a LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use PartnerReadyAI.

What We Collect

• Account information: Work email address, full name, company name, AWS account ID, partner type.
• Legacy Partner Central user list: The CSV you upload containing work emails, names, and titles of your APN users.
• Usage data: API call logs, feature usage patterns, session metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamps).
• AWS account metadata: Organizations structure, Identity Center state, Marketplace seller registration status — collected via the read-only IAM role you deploy.

We do not collect: payment information, personal data beyond work email/name, end-user data from your Partner Central system, or data from your S3 buckets, databases, or other AWS services outside the scoped permissions listed in our security page.

How We Use It

• To perform the Partner Central in the AWS Console migration you requested.
• To generate the proposed IAM role map and migration report.
• To maintain audit records for compliance (SOC 2 evidence).
• To improve our product (aggregated, anonymized usage patterns only).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage & Retention

• All data stored in AWS (us-east-1 region), encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Legacy PC user CSV: deleted 30 days after migration complete (or on request).
• Engagement metadata (IAM maps, deploy outputs): deleted 90 days after migration complete.
• Audit records: retained 7 years (SOC 2 alignment), then deleted.
• On request, we provide a full export and delete all data except the 7-year audit trail.

Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• AWS: API calls made under the deploy role in your account are logged in your CloudTrail. The $0 Marketplace subscription event is processed by AWS Marketplace.
• No other parties. No analytics vendors, no ad networks, no data brokers.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about your organization.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to the 7-year audit retention for compliance).
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON export).
• Objection: Object to processing for any purpose beyond the migration you requested.

Cookies

The PartnerReadyAI application uses a single authentication token stored in localStorage (not a cookie). The marketing site (this page) uses no cookies and no third-party trackers. The HubSpot meeting scheduler embedded on the landing page may set its own cookies per HubSpot's privacy policy.

Changes to This Policy

We'll notify active customers via email before making material changes. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
